Crissy Moran
Through lived experience with athletics and injury, I coach clients to build resilient, functional strength from the ground up. My work centers on healthspan, confidence, and growing stronger in ways that last.

My Story
I came to coaching through my own experience. Athletics, injuries, and learning the hard way what happens when you push past your body instead of listening to it shaped how I see training. I’ve watched everyday life slowly wear down mobility and comfort in people I care about. I’ve felt the frustration of physical limits and the uncertainty that can follow a doctor’s visit when the answers don’t feel clear. Coaching became my way of helping people take back control and build strength that supports the life they want to live.

When you train with me, I want you to feel comfortable and heard. I want you to feel supported in a way that’s real, not forced. Health is personal. It’s more than a workout on a calendar.

I focus on building strength from the ground up. We start with stability and control so your body can handle real life, not just a session in the studio. The goal isn’t quick results. It’s strength you can rely on when life asks more of you.

If you’re feeling intimidated or like you’re starting from zero, you’re in the right place. We start where you are. We use what you have. Then we build, step by step.

Training should be engaging. It should even be fun. I see it as something we do together. At times, I’ll nudge you just outside your comfort zone, because that’s where growth happens. Not in overwhelm, but in the right amount of challenge. If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you.

Outside the studio, you’ll usually find me chasing adventure or working to strengthen my own roots. I love balancing high-energy pursuits with quieter moments that help me reset. One day that might mean tumbling over handlebars on a mountain trail; another might be a calm riverside snorkel far from cell service. I recharge through homemade meals with my partner, campfire conversations with friends, and time alone to think, reflect, and dream in places that spark growth. I’m always striving to become the best version of myself—and I bring that same intention into my coaching.
