The Independence Journey is a 12-week program designed for older adults who want to maintain strength, enhance balance, and prevent falls so you can stay active, capable, and confident in daily life.

What’s Included
You’ll begin with a senior-focused fitness assessment that measures strength, endurance, flexibility, and stability. We’ll also complete a comprehensive balance evaluation that examines balance from multiple angles, identifying not just whether it needs improvement but the specific areas to strengthen.

This personalized program combines expert coaching, assessments, and accountability to help you build lasting capability and confidence. In this program you will receive:

Senior-focused fitness assessment measuring strength, endurance, flexibility, and stability

Comprehensive balance evaluation to pinpoint specific areas for improvement

Weekly 60-minute training sessions in our private studio focused on total-body strength, balance, and fall prevention.

Real-life movement practice (e.g., ensure you can rise from the floor with control and confidence)
